Life, Style, Form and Function are the principles that Lifestylist® Design was built around. Internationally acclaimed Lifestylist Suzanne Felber is the creator of the Lifestylist® Design philosophy and is known for her sense of style and ability to transform any space. She enjoys the creative challenge of working with tight budgets and challenging spaces.

The Lifestylist® brand came to be when Suzanne Felber realized that "Interior Designer", "Stylist", "Decorator", "Organizer" or "Chef" really didn't describe completely the services she offered. Clients were flocking to her for the unique environments she was creating that have been described as happy, comforting and inviting. That's when she decided to trademark the Lifestylist® term for indeed she was adding life to her styling.

Merchandising Model Home Interiors

Presentation is everything, especially in new home sales. Often, a consumer’s decision to purchase is based solely on the model homes that they’re shown. Working from your budget, we will identify your target market, establish a buyer profile and create engaging and original interiors for projects as small as a room remodel to an entire home or clubhouse.

Factory Built Housing

Our work within manufactured housing has been extensive, and we have consulted with our clients on everything from concept to conception.

Being the exclusive Lifestylist® for Patriot Homes for over 8 years, Felber was responsible for changing the image and direction the company was taking. By addressing the lifestyle instead of just decorating the homes, Felber was able to attract new buyers to the companies homes.

Felber was also the media contact for Patriot Homes and after Katrina hit was able to get media exposure for Patriot in local and national publications.

“Ask the Lifestylist” was a popular feature on the Patriot Homes website where retailers and consumers could email Felber and get their questions answered on Patriot, manufactured housing, and design issues.

Product Merchandising

This is done by helping to organize existing product lines, evaluating and updating merchandise, and helping to develop new exciting, targeted ideas to help increase sales. We specialize in building and retaining brand equity through targeted consumer content. The results of our efforts have been seen in Home Magazine, HGTV, and on various websites including Lifestylist.com. Whether it is furnishing a model home, styling photography, creating consumer content, or creating a new product line, we can help strengthen your brand identity and take it to new levels.

We purchased our first domain name in 1987, and ever since then we have been devoted to keeping up with online trends creating lifestyle focused content, photography and trend tracking for our clients.

 

Lifestylist® Suzanne Felber

Felber is one of those lucky people who truly loves what she does. By helping consumers discover their “inner-stylist”, she has helped thousands of homeowners design their own spaces to reflect their personalities and their lifestyles.

After receiving her MIRM designation in 1987 from The National Association of Home Builders and The National Sales and Marketing Council, Felber has continued to give back. She teaches courses for the Institute of Residential Marketing, was appointed to the Board of Trustees for the National Sales and Marketing Council and is a popular speaker at IBS, MHI Congress and Expo and other national forums.

Felber lives in her own Home Idea Factory - a circa 1942 factory that previously housed a printing company. She and her brood of rescue cats and dogs have been busy using the building as the perfect place to try out different ideas and products that she hopes to share here
