Lisa's Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
- 4 medium sized cucumbers, peeled and sliced as thin as possible
- 1 carrot, peeled and sliced as thin as possible
- 1/4 cup white onions, sliced thinly
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon peppercorns
Directions
Layer the cucumbers, carrots, and onion in an airtight container. Combine all other ingredients and pour over vegetables. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
