Meltaway Mints

Ingredients
- 3 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 oz. Unsweetened Chocolate
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 14 oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 teaspoon Mint Extract
Directions
In a medium saucepan over low heat combine butter and chocolates - heat until melted, stirring occasionally until smooth. When blended, remove from heat - stir in condensed milk and extract.
Beat for 5 minutes with a wooden spoon until mixture starts to stiffen, then put into refrigerator and chill for 15 minutes. Using a mixer, beat for another 5 minutes then pour into an 8" x 8" buttered pan. Chill until firm, then cut into 1" x 1" squares. If desired, top with melted white chocolate flavored with mint extract.
