Presentation is everything, especially in new home sales. Often a consumer’s decision to purchase is based solely on the model homes that they’re shown.
Working with your budget, Lifestylist® Design will identify your target market, establish a buyer profile and create engaging and original interiors for projects as small as a room remodel to an entire home or clubhouse.

Model Home Makeovers
We understand sometimes starting from scratch with a new model home isn't the most cost effective solution for a community. With over 20 years experience doing model homes coast to coast, we've had plenty of experience taking a model that isn't selling and renovating it into a best selling home. We will happily dig into your existing inventory of model home furniture and accessories to carefully re-purpose them in your models. If additional items are needed will will give you a budget for that before we start so there are no surprises at the end.
Assessments of Existing Model Homes and Communities
Have sales slowed down and you can't figure our why? One of the special services we provide is assessing your existing homes and taking a fresh look at what you are presenting to potential buyers. By interviewing your sales team, potential buyers and shopping the competition we will help you come up with a new plan to jump start your sales.
Staging of Homes
If you have some stock homes that just haven't been getting the sales you had hoped for we can help. By either using merchandise you already own, buying new items or even doing a lease situation we will go in and stage either one room or an entire home to help create excitement and sales.
Styling For Photography
Buyers are now starting their search for their new home online, and builders need to have great photography on their sites showing the homes and lifestyles they can expect when they buy from you. We can either work with your photographer or provide our own and add the proper fresh items and props to make your photos and homes stand out from the competition.
