Behind The Scenes at the 2012 International Builders Show

The 2012 International Builders Show is almost here, and I decided to fly in a few days early to get a look at what goes on before all of the crowds arrive.

Today I was met in Orlando with blue skies and 80 degree weather - it's hard to believe it's February! I'm going to take it as an omen of great things to come.

Nationwide Homes - a division of Cavco Homes will have three homes on display and it was easy to see the benefits of building a modular home. There is no way a traditionally built home could be constructed (and then taken down) as quckly as these modular homes are. You could tell this team knows what they are doing - they were already starting to put furniture in the homes.

Tomorrow I'm going to head inside and see how things are going on the show floor - I'll share what I find here.
