To Dallas, With Love: The Home Idea Factory is Ready for Its Next Visionary

Over twenty years ago, I walked into a 1942 printing factory and saw more than just concrete and steel. I saw a canvas. I saw the Home Idea Factory.

Since then, these 10,000 square feet have been the heartbeat of my work as a Lifestylist. It’s where I’ve hosted countless "Wine, Dine, and Design" evenings, where I restored a 1940s pool with my own two hands, and where I’ve curated a life that proves design can be achievable and soulful regardless of the scale.

But as the saying goes, the only constant is change. Today, I’m officially sharing that the Home Idea Factory is hitting the market as I prepare for my next adventure in New Orleans. I’ve spent years using this 10,000 sq. ft. canvas to build my brand and host incredible Wine, Dine, and Design events. But as I look toward New Orleans, I realize the "Home Idea Factory" is ready for its next iteration.

Is it a boutique creative agency? A luxury car collection gallery? Or perhaps an urban farm and event space centered around that vintage 1940s pool?

If you are a dreamer with a taste for industrial history and urban scale, let’s connect. This isn't just a listing; it’s a lifestyle legacy waiting for its next chapter.

What would you do with 10,000 square feet of blank canvas? A gallery? A massive kitchen? Tell me your "Big Space" dreams below!
