Making New Friends at Mardi Gras

There is nothing like Mardi Gras to make new friends. We were standing next to two women during the King Arthur parade, and @lisastewartphotography started up a conversation about how much time and love go into making the grails and other throws that the krewes make by hand. Lisa asked the woman if she was on Instagram so they could stay in touch, and she was. A conversation with Lesley yesterday with the World Market Center Las Vegas really brought this topic back into focus for me - are we focusing on the wrong audiences?
