Mango Coconut Cobbler

INGREDIENTS:

4 cups fresh mango - peeled and diced
1 Cup Baking Mix
1 Cup Milk
3/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Butter - melted
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 Cup Flaked Coconut

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

DIRECTIONS:

In an oval baking dish mix together baking mix, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir in milk, then add butter. Pour sugar and mangoes over the mixture, then top with coconut.

Bake for 50 - 60 minutes or until the mixture is bubbling and the coconut is golden brown.

Can be served hot to cold.
