Monica Greene Opens Pegaso Mexican Diner in Ft Worth

We have known and loved Monica Greene for a long time, and her restaurants such as Ciudad, BEE, and Aca y Alla have always been our favorite places to dine on great food and spend time with friends. Plus Monica is always supportive of the local community and causes - most of which we are very involved in as well.

Tomorrow her newest restaurant venture opens - Pegaso on Bluebonnet Circle in Ft Worth.  We were fortunate enough to get invited to a friends and family event and it was wonderful! A great casual environment with a large patio that welcomes your four legged family members as well.

The menu features many of the items and sauces we love - Con Queso Blanco Dip, Chicken Tinga, best brisket you will ever eat, and the chipolte crema I put on everything.

Ordering is quick and easy - you just go up to teh counter and decide what meats, veggies, sauces and sides you want. Be sure and order the Elote - Mexican street corn with chipolte crema, queso fresco and chili dust. One of the best deals in town, and as fresh as if you bought the corn at the farmers market yourself.

The margaritas are Monica style - our on the rocks was poured, shaken and shared in front of us and they also will be offering a margarita fruit flavor of the day.
