"The answer to homelessness is homes." It sounds so simple, but in truth is so complex.

The Cottages at Hickory Crossing is the latest Dallas initiative to address the chronic homeless population in Dallas. It's being billed as the first of its kind housing community and was a great example of how government and non-profit organizations can come together and come up with solutions.
